The San Diego Fleet Week Foundation produces the annual Fleet Week Breakfast.  The breakfast provides leaders of the San Diego community a forum to meet the region’s military leadership and to discuss matters of mutual interest. The Honorable Donald Winter, Secretary of the Navy, has confirmed he will be our guest speaker.
